Walt Cameron founded CMT Properties in 2021 and serves as its President and CEO.  He oversees corporate activities, business cultivation and a Team of property management professionals.  He believes in creating a culture centered around Team, Accountability, Empowerment and Personal Growth.  

In 2008 he began his career in commercial real estate as a property manager for Moody Rambin. Over the next 5 years he ascended the ranks and in 2013 managed a portfolio of 2.5 million square feet of office space.  In 2014 he moved into the role of Director of Property Operations overseeing all managed office, retail, and industrial assets.  Over the next 7 years he developed a Team of exceptional Property Management and Engineering professionals.  Prior to entering the commercial real estate world, Walt developed his Leadership and Operational skills in the Restaurant and Bar Industry as an Owner and consultant.
 

Walt stays involved with his community and is passionate about giving back.  He is an advocate for adults with Intellectual and Development Disabilities.  He serves as Board Treasurer for Summerhouse Houston, a day center where his autistic son Cole has been a member for 10 years.  As a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, he is the representative who serves on the Congregational Council for MAM (Memorial Assistance Ministries) an organization centered around helping those in need within our communities.

Married to his beautiful wife Cydney for 31 years, they have 2 sons, Taylor and Cole and grandson Jack.  Spending time with his family is an integral part of his life.  Faith, Family and giving back are the things that motivate Walt to be the best he can be.

Brandi discovered her true passion in commercial property management and has been thriving at CMT Properties since joining the team in 2021. Her dedication to personal and professional growth is evident in her eagerness to learn and continually expand her expertise in the field. With a decade of experience in customer service prior to entering the property management industry, Brandi brings a strong foundation in relationship-building that has proven invaluable in her work with tenants and vendors alike.

Outside of work, Brandi is a proud mother of two and cherishes spending quality time with her children. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying a cozy movie night, she embraces every opportunity to create lasting memories with her family.

Brandy Powell is a devoted wife and mother who brings a strong sense of dedication and enthusiasm to her professional life. Although new to the world of commercial property management, Brandy is eager to learn and fully immerse herself in the industry. She brings with her five years of experience in community real estate, having worked at a vacation-oriented resort community. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for property management—a passion that has sparked a deep commitment to growing her skills and advancing in the field. Brandy approaches every opportunity with a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a focus on building strong relationships within the industry.

Alfonso Luviano is a Building engineer for CMT Properties. He is relatively new to property management. His background is rooted in residential and commercial construction where he has honed his skill set through hands-on experience in areas like demolition, new construction, remodeling, and budgeting. These have provided him with a strong foundation to grow his career.

Currently, he is pursuing his SMT/SMA certification through SEAS, which will allow him to become a licensed Stationary Engineer. My goal is to continue climbing the ranks at CMT Properties, with my sights set on becoming a Chief Engineer. This role is particularly important to me because it blends my interests in engineering and finance, allowing me to manage the technical aspects of building operations while staying connected to the financial side of property management.

I have a wonderful family that means the world to me. I am married to my beautiful wife, and we have an amazing son. Spending quality time with them is one of the greatest joys of my life.

Life is about balancing ambition with the simple joys of family. As I continue to work towards my professional goals, I will always keep my loved ones close, making sure that they remain at the heart of everything I do.

Julio Alfaro is an Apprentice Engineer supporting operations at Hedwig Village Office Building, a commercial property in our portfolio. Since joining CMT Properties he has been actively learning and contributing to the daily maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our building systems.

Working under the guidance of senior engineers, Julio assists with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, gaining hands-on experience in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.  Julio is committed to developing the skills necessary to ensure reliable building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Julio has four grown children – the youngest just left home for college.  When he isn’t working, he loves to fish and cook. 

Angie Campbell is the Senior Property Manager for CMT Properties, where she oversees the financial, operational, and mechanical functions of her portfolio while ensuring tenant comfort and client satisfaction. She leads a team of property management professionals dedicated to maximizing efficiency and profitability, all while empowering them to achieve their personal and professional goals. Angie is passionate about her role at CMT and excited about the company’s future in the real estate industry.

She began her property management career in 2011 as a Property Assistant with Moody Rambin. Her strong work ethic and quick understanding of the industry led to multiple promotions, ultimately advancing to Property Manager of a portfolio totaling 2 million square feet. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience managing commercial office, retail, industrial, medical, and government properties for both institutional owners and high-net-worth individuals. Angie has played a key role in several ground-up construction projects and numerous tenant improvement initiatives. Today, as Senior Property Manager at CMT Properties, she not only delivers operational excellence but also finds fulfillment in mentoring her team, instilling in them the same passion and pride she brings to her work.

A Coloradan by birth but a Houstonian at heart, you’ll catch her on the beach long before the ski slopes. Outside of the office, her greatest joy is being a proud mom to her three adult children. She also enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and soaking up the Texas sun through outdoor activities and fitness.

With a real estate career spanning back to 1994, Jackie brings a deep well of experience and a true passion for commercial property management. She began her career in residential real estate before discovering a love for the commercial side while working with the U.S. Development Fund at Hines. That interest led to a shift into property management at Ned Holmes Investments, eventually becoming the Property Manager for Kirby Grove—a 256,000-square-foot Class A office building—during her time at Midway.

In 2018, she expanded her expertise by moving into construction at Moody Rambin, an experience that further strengthened her approach to managing properties. She joined CMT Properties in 2024 and is excited to be part of such a dynamic and exceptional team.

Licensed in both Texas and New Jersey, Jackie brings a well-rounded, hands-on perspective to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys golfing, needlepoint, and spending time with her goldendoodle, Lillie Jo.

Luis Rendon is the Lead Building Engineer for CMT Properties where he is responsible for operating and maintaining all building systems. Through the utilization of a proactive preventive maintenance program and Tenant Service request system, he keeps the buildings running at optimal levels while providing Tenant comfort.

Luis began his career in 2010 as a building porter for Moody Rambin and had a willingness and desire to learn everything he could about becoming a building engineer. Through continual education and hard work, he was hired as an Apprentice Engineer and after completing his SMT/SMA certifications was promoted to a Building Engineer in 2017.

Luis is married and has 4 children and when not working, he loves spending time with his wife and kids and enjoys taking family vacations.

Sergio Reyes is an Building Engineer with a passion for hands-on learning and technical problem-solving. He joined CMT Properties in 2024 and supports the engineering and management team in day-to-day operations, gaining valuable experience across a range of disciplines. Committed to continuous growth, Sergio is building a strong foundation for maintaining commercial office buildings through real-world training and collaboration.

Outside of work, Sergio enjoys spending quality time with his family, cooking up new recipes, and relaxing with a fishing rod in hand.
